At Aangi Fabrics, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund under the conditions below:
Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags (including MRP tag) intact.
Products purchased during sales, special discounts, or promotional offers may not be eligible for returns (refer to product-specific terms).
Free returns/exchanges apply only in cases where:
Incorrect product/style is delivered (e.g., incomplete set or wrong design)
Wrong size is received (different from the order)
The product is received in a damaged condition
Note: Refunds are only applicable for damaged items or delivery of incorrect size (different from the one ordered).
In all other scenarios, we offer an exchange or an e-Voucher (valid for 1 year).
Exchanges are allowed for products of the same or higher price. If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
If the new item is of lower value, the remaining balance will be provided as an e-Voucher.

- Exchanges will be processed within 5β7 business days after the returned item is received and approved for exchange

- Replacement should be raised within 24 hours and the replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 days

Refunds will be initiated only after successful inspection and approval of the returned item.
Refunds will be credited within 3β4 business days post quality check.
The amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer (NEFT). You will need to provide accurate bank details during the return process.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
No refund will be processed if:
The product fails quality check
Tags are missing or damaged
The item is used or not in its original condition
Any promotional voucher (Gift Voucher, Discount Code, etc.) used during the purchase will not be refunded or reissued.
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
We offer size and color exchanges based on stock availability.
The product being exchanged must meet all return eligibility conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized items
Intimate wear (e.g., undergarments) for hygiene reasons
Products purchased on special discount offers or clearance sales
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped.
If successfully cancelled in time, the full amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued through NEFT.
Mode of Refund
For prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking).
For COD orders: Refund will be processed via NEFT to the bank account details provided by the customer.
Refunds will not be initiated if the returned product fails the quality check or if tags are missing/damaged.
